I mainly want to network with people with similar goals and vision to expand into a team. 

No one in my network as used it yet - but I know they're expanding slowly and quietly, so there has to be an element of traction or longer term vision in mind for Glenn Kelman. 

My vision is larger than my fund, and revolves around ensuring that those who live in marginalized communities have access to the social determinents of health (education, economic opportunity, healthcare, and homes) and are able to get themselves on a pathway to generational wealth through home ownership.

Come up with some crystal clear criteria, and once you have your vision take action.

Ultimately, as long as you are following the expert guidance of your CPA (who is an expert in your specific industry) and doing what best serves your needs to fulfill your vision of what you want your business to be for YOU, I would argue you are in a great place in the bookkeeping/tax realm.
