@Yoav Gilad, circling back to my initial questions, with that in mind, do you know of any sites or resources where you can source individuals who have outstanding medical bills or expenses? 

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

I understand the potential value to convert but would like to use an outstanding calculator to actually show the value of different conversion options and investment percentages.
