Unless you are on the cutting edge of something new and you are able to streamline and market your website to keywords that are up-and-coming, or there are no competitors (not likely) for the words you're optimizing, it's a waste.

Just something to keep in mind regarding timing your visits....might want to get there before Fall, lest you get caught in a long escrow and then might have to wait until Spring to find tenants at the optimal rent.

I've looked at properties on a recent trip there, but as I alluded, they are retail pricing, and cap rates on them are ~1%, less than optimal as I was advised in another post here.
