I have also used apartments.com (for some of my SFH), I prefer zillow. e-renter.com does a good job if you just want the background check and none of the other services.

This K-1 information is then used to report your share of the partnership's income or loss on your personal tax return (Form 1040) using Schedule E (Supplemental Income and Loss).

But you better make sure all your ducks are in a row, all your facts, all your documentation, everything supports that your original intention from planning, acquisition, renovation, when and how you started marketing it for sale, etc, your history of other investments - your proformas, your e-mail correspondence, etc, all pointed towards that this was an investment / business use property and not a flip.

Just to keep your license you will pay several thousand dollars per year in fees for your brokerage and MLS and Supra E Key, etc.

You will have to file under a schedule C vs schedule E.
