Of course tenant attorney says there is no cause, tenant pays and there is no merit to the termination.Termination letter served (sent by PM 90 days prior that puts end date at 2/29/2024) is based on a lease paragraph stating tenant did not abide by lease regarding “agrees no drugs or other illegal substances will be used, manufactured, sold, or distributed, on, or from the property.”

After watching hours of YouTube videos on septic tanks I have determined that one of my tanks and the leech lines are full of biomat, a nasty substance made up of fat and grease.I am considering adding to the drain field while having the current drain field cleaned.I have heard of people using other remedies and wanted to see what others have done.This tank has been pumped 3-4 times this year!

They mention everything they've learned/are learning but never provide any substance as to what they have actually accomplished, such as saying "during the year I have been in Pace's Sub To programs I have acquired 6 properties netting me $1800/month in passive cashflow for a CoC return of 18%".
