Moral of this story is just because there's a tennant/landlord dispute doesn't mean the tennant is a bad person, some landlords are gougers.

@Jeanette Acevedo, great point to walk away from clients that bring down your reputation,  your morals and values and yourself!

I understand your predicament as well as his point of view.

My predicament is, I don't know if I want to go more in the mobile home park direction, single familys, or even multi family's units.

Hey I am all cash close in 10 days... only to find out none of that is true.. now if you believe white lies and fibbing to sellers to feather your own nest is OK then that's your moral and ethical compass  ( not speaking of individually as I have no way to know) just talking about how wholesaling is taught and you see it with the post above recommending that they use weasel clauses..  

I am so thankful I didn't score a great job...Moral of the story... bet on yourself and put yourself in situations that take you out of your comfort zone and force you to grow.

Jason Scharf depends on morals in my opinion.

The first home I got under contract was over a year and half into this process and I think Taylor told me get it signed more for my morale than it actually being a good deal.
