Does anybody know any good websites or services for batch skip tracing commercial property owners information?

We use a third party servicer to do all of this - much easier and when starting just tracked payments in wuickbooks as servicer tracked everything else 

Hey Steve we put on 2 monthly forums in Scottsdale. 1 for fix/flippers and the other for STR investors, no sales pitches or courses just a market update and networking with other professionals and service providers!

Anyone have a direct mail or postcard service they recommend for such a scenario?

Shared living quarter rental, Military or Civil service rental.  

It'll likely take a month or two assuming that the loan is with one of the large servicing companies that move at a glacial pace. 

Just struggling to find any good leads with not much access to mls and other paid services.
