PM/connect I can tip some contractors, if they even will answer their phones these days

I'm using my phone and text to speech.

But there is no perpetuum mobile and this will not continue infinitely, just as housing boom of early 2000's didn't last forever.

They don’t answer my text or phone and requesting a time for a conversation goes unheeding.

And it probably took him 25 hours a week (100 half hour phone calls every 2 weeks) for one coaching and another 5-10 hours a week in preparation and content creation and 10 to 20 weekends throughout the year presenting at conferences to get students to coach.  

Also, get leads on the phone as a first method of contact if you can.

Detail out everyone in your phone, linkedin, FB, IG, your BB buddies, your schoolmates, everyone who would potentially do business with you or feed your business. 

Maybe if you can take a week of vacation or sick time or PTO or whatever you can to get some extra phone time in.#4 Before you do any of that while you're prepping to get started is detail out all your databases.
