The tenants have been around for some years now, so I believe painting is going to be on the menu.

BiggerPockets sells a Landlord Agreement Package under the TOOLS menu at the top of your screen.

That's likely in the NE....LOL, I can see a great menu line up as well together with a few house drinks, for those with more liberal thinking. :)

There are a lot of groups that meet in person locally, check the Events & Happenings section on Bigger Pockets, choose Long Island from the drop down menu.

Under the tools menu here on BP is a rental calculator.

There is nothing engaging about going through an in depth drill down menu to look into "a" singular hyper-focused forum grouping.
