This however does not make it a duplex and the prices are still only driven by home buyer mentality.

I doubt many are actually making a real profit in this area flipping properties.Personally I think house hacking is the best way to get started, have someone help you buy and pay down your property.The whole buy and hold mentality gives you more room to make a mistake and not have that mistake sink you.

If you can't handle this by yourself and its mentally overbearing on you, remove yourself from the equation and hire a PM.

Mikrotik is probably more for advanced users as the depth of the settings that you can adjust could be overwhelming for a non geek, but for complex installation its so much more versatile.
