My wife won a bid on one on Feb 24th, we had to submit about 53 pages of doc's within 24 hours ( which we did on doc u sign on an IPhone from a hotel in Vegas ) memory says it took them about 10 days to accept our bid.

@Ned Carey thanks for tagging me.Mello Roos oh that brings back memories I did the very first Mello roos bond act in Nevada county CA which is right up the road from where this lady hails from.Mello Roos is a utlitiy bond that is buried in your advalorum tax bill.. so you can't wipe it out its property tax.. the Mello bond is used to buy public utls from developers..

As for this being a Liberal thing, I know LOTS of Liberals (I lived in CA for 10 years), and most of them have gotten rich off of both big and small corporations...I don't think any of them would argue that corporations are evil.Perhaps you can refresh our memories by pointing out a few posts that espouse this belief...

That's why I added the remark about the LLC, it would serve the same purpose.The thousands I referred to was an old memory from back in the mid 80's early 90's when I was self employed before, the timing was really bad, both insurance and other fees came due at the same time, about $2,000-$3,000 worth, so that was the end of my small construction business, 22 over years ago.
