If you are doing unpermitted work, it’s either too small a project or you probably don’t want to spend the money.So the market for such inspectors is probably small.

I suspect maybe something like Hagerstown or Cumberland, which yeah are Class D like markets with declining populations, high drug problems, no strong job base which leads to non paying tenants.

I am local to the Memphis market.

I have very nice units that rent on the high end of market value but a backsplash is not a standard option in our area so we don’t do it.

If you don’t have a strong marketing system, it’s a grind.
