They also took off:- 2 year landlord experience requirement (so its not needed any more)- 2% count for student loan debts as monthly payment now down to 1% (only applies to student loans in deferment- and a few others but these definitely show that freddie is loosening up a lot

The people I speak with point to how difficult it is to get permits and get building approved in San Diego, so until construction regulations loosen up I think its fair to expect inventory to stay low.
