Hey James - going DSCR for a STR deal is pretty simple, and a lot of the time it is even easier than doing a LTR deal with DSCR.

I literally shared in my post, “However, I am totally out of my league understanding the possibilities of an MTR.”  

This is a simple letter that says you are ending their lease.

I don't know the entire situation, so that might be about par, but just my first instinct says that.Also, as mentioned above, rates have quite literally shot back up. 

If you don't want to be labeled a scammer or con-artist then you simply have to change your ways.Right now Peter Harris and team looks like a scam/con, and act like a scam/con, so therefore is a scam/con - if they want to fix that .. then they have to stop scamming and conning people - it's that simple!

I never get why REI's focus so much on CoC-- this is literally a term investment.
