I ended the offer to rent to the tenant on December 1st and didn't receive any communication from LMHA until December 15th when they tried to schedule the inspection...that's 45 days to process a voucher.We had another home pass inspection on November 5th and we hadn't "stopped and waited" for LMHA because it had never been a major issue before so we let the tenant move in...LMHA announced on November 15th that the tenant voucher needed to be re-evaluated by LMHA and that the rent rate needed to be adjusted (The story was the "Administrator A" reviewed and approved it but since they had resigned, now we had to wait for "Administrator B" to do it.

So I waited patiently for SIX more days and still didn't hear anything from baselane and still didn't have access to my account.

Too many people want a triplex and quadplex that they let great duplexes pass them by. 3-4 unit properties are hard to come by and you could be waiting a while for a solid one (plus competition might be really high) 4.

I am now curious to wait on what will happen to a recent booking.

I usually wait until an issue arises because these problems are pretty rare.

After some back-and-forth an inspection was scheduled only for the code enforcement agent to... wait for it... wait for it... ghost my PM.At this point, I've advised my PM to communicate with code enforcement in writing as much as possible and to continue to document their no-shows, etc.
