I’ve scaled that from Single family to multifamily to now true Hotel so I can help Point in the right direction as far as validating your underwriting.

In PA because its is so $ss backward and tough to do I would think if you put the time in you probably score some decent deals.. but holy cow.. there are just easier places to work than there.

Arm Loan - 5.250 (after five years the rates can go up 1.25%  ( I will need to refinance before year 5)  Need more info on loan amount, LTV, then can run the payment difference between the two and I’d also need more detailed info on the 5 year arm, as far as margin, index, floor , ceiling, adjustment periods. etc.  

Is the demand is so high that they get to charge fantastic prices? 

As far as REIT's another area to diversify, can you give me some suggestions here?
