Isn’t it ironic that I can write in earlier stories above about increasing sales and prices of SoCal homes, and yet 66,000 Los Angelenos continue to be homeless… Initial Jobless Claims.

Natural gas lines are sometimes copper, sometimes iron pipe and many of the valves I've seen are brass but I've seen iron ones too.

Ironically though most of the renters never end up buying the houses. 

We have a SFH that has been having a number of minor plumbing problems, and now we have uncovered that one of the major drain lines (cast iron) has deteriorated and will need to be repaired.

Your water may have high amounts of iron or contain sulfur.

If it’s 1900 vintage that and some cast iron plumbing can get expensive quick.

B) A 12 foot sectionof the cast iron waste pipe in the NE section is rusted and leaking.

But ironically my value always comes at 100x my monthly rent amount. 

Ironically enough, I just listened to Bigger Pockets podcast #406, and the guest, Shelby Osborne, was having success with auctions in NC.  

Looking for a general contractor to get quotes on the following:-Replacing cast iron plumbing for PEX-Remodel bathroom-Replace cracked foundation in 2 car garage-Convert 2 car garage into Studio ADU (approx 340 sq ft)Any recommendations would be appreciated!
