At this point I'm still setting the foundation of my business, so I'm interviewing CPA's and Attorneys, setting up the LLC, beginning to network, etc.  

The one thing I can say, is interview and research companies and their owners (operators).

You'll be able to figure out your niche, hear some people being interviewed who also have their own podcasts, and you can take your education to the next level from there.  

I would suggest that you interview several Realtors and ask them the following questions, to ascertain if they are truly Investor Friendly, or if they are throwing you a sales pitch.1.

I'm currently interviewing for sales/assistant positions with a few brokers and lenders.

I've interviewed with multiple companies and several investors, but none of them seemed to be trustworthy.

I've been on the fence for quite some time now, but after listening to Kevin Wood's interview and a few others I know I can do it.

On the other side of the coin, if all things have gone well during the interview phase, the customer has to be willing to eventually make a commitment for the amount of time that salesperson has invested. 

Then I will personally interview them.
