Just do your read blogs, listen to the podcasts and interact in the forums, after that you are golden.

I figure I won't remember the person from one hour to the next anyway...at least not until there's been a good bit of interaction. 

It will eventually catch up and serve today's market.I'm new, not sure if it's ok to barge in, but I figure interaction with the community is the easiest way to make friends and learn more.

I find that sending people to a website helps to narrow down the motivations of people interacting with your ads.

I have been to a few and had some good interactions.

If there are investors who are willing to buy with less interaction the agents will simply sell to them.
