I should add, like others have stated, that like the second hand contact/inhalation of cigarette carcinogens, the ingestion of toxic spores would take quite some time to genuinely make you ill, aside from maybe a little runny nose or small headache...which brings me back full circle to the "myriad of other illnesses."

Disappointed that their so-called experienced agent isn't giving them better guidance as well.In the end, it's annoying but not catastrophic if the deal craters, I'm more interested in how to prevent it from occurring again, thus leaving the home off the market unnecessarily.

If this isn't the case, this arrangement is unnecessarily complex as the LLC you deeded the property to could just do the management functions unless there is something quirky about LLCs in your state that make this arrangement necessary.
