Last big market correction made me realize how vulnerable my portfolio was to being heavy in tech stocks in the chance of another correction later this year when I plan to put the money towards real estate.

Likewise Rodanthe south access is more vulnerable and too far from the amenities my family liked.

Then again anyone you hire may still render you vulnerable to injury claims regardless of the insurance coverage you carry, & then it raises your WC premiums.
