Do not be induced to panic and fear, do not be induced to run away from the market or dump your property out of false pretense of a market collapse as ALL data shows the opposite. 1 simple fact, fed printing, fed saying they are going to let inflation go a bit more than normal.

I think the risk they have though and I know they are licensed I checked.. if they are using old and out dated data to justify their values.. then I think some sellers if they wanted to  come back on them could claim some sort of misrepresentation or fraud in the inducement.. along with unconscionable profits claim..
