Which means for those later asking, they won't get the kind of care of answer the earlier persons get. 

Guests treat those kinds of bookings differently than a STR vacation home.They are used to being able to cancel the booking 24 hours in advance and all sorts of other things that STRs like ours can't really accommodate.

I am based in Ventura and have experience managing rentals and we work with all kinds of investors in addition to being an investor as well. 

These kinds of deals look good on paper, but they usually never pan out to be good investments.

How did you incorporate the funding fee PLUS the closing costs?

It just has to do with how each platform markets themselves and what kinds of guests come through.I am an investor and co-host in Dallas, Texas and that's generally the posting rules I go by.

But I honestly don't know much about it or have any trusts set up myself personally, nor am I any kind of lawyer obviously.
