I will just run the first three on my list 193 heights dr northfield , dom 176, listed at 49,900, bought for 45,000 1467 sunnyacres copley, dom 83, listed at 63,900, bought for 53,500 3331 myersville rd uniontown, dom 127, listed at 47,900, bought for 46,000 I dont see any "secrets" here, nothing unusual or exceptionial in these "discounts" for our area.
