It makes it cleaner and neater for future audits, I say that as an accountant and auditing examiner. 

After all the above comments I'm going to follow up with my manager about sending in cleaners.  

I have heard horror stories about professional tenants who stage accidents and claims to take their landlord to the cleaners.

Since you opened a LLC, you will have to file a personal tax return and a business tax return, so all business expenses should occur within the business to make it cleaner.

BUT ALSO at one point there was an open area for Machine maintenence where they kept some industrial cleaners , a few 50 gallon drums for Machine Lubricant purposes  and a rack for Propane tanks that were used on the tow motors .

Supplying septic-friendly drain cleaner is one such example.Good luck!
