KW provides a lot of training in tools that keep me busy, but what I want to know is what are the habits of some of you successful agents?

As far as i know ou have to wait until the list comes out to buy them however if you know one is available there is no harm in trying (other than the time spent).  

Sometimes those losses actually put you in a better financial position if no personal harm was done.

However I need to make the place habitable and do to do that I need to install a new steam boiler the old one is broken.This is where I ran into my 1st hicccup.

Zillow states the following on their annual report, "If Real Estate, Rental and Mortgage Professionals, Home Builders or Other Advertisers Reduce or End Their Advertising Spending With Us or if We Are Unable to Effectively Manage Advertising Inventory or Pricing, Our Business Would Be Harmed."

(not sure how to fix this)I got the letter on 5/18 , 4/22 was when my tenant complained to authority.I mean sometime these authority just write without verifying much , there was a flood in 2006 and since then some of the floor is leaning and tenant knew about and it is totally habitable as I also do physical inspection every year myself.

If its level no harm done, if they are starting to go up...

Since the tree is in his property, isn't he responsible for trimming it and making sure that it does not harm other property? 

For instance, if the living quarters part of it is at least habitable, would I have to do traditional financing or would FHA be a possibility?

The people might want to do harm to the home as they are leaving.
