It’s refreshing to work with someone who knows their stuff, calls it like it is, and doesn’t try to sugarcoat a deal just to push it through.

That should make small stuff like roaches and a ceiling light insignificant, particularly if you switch to full time 3rd party management and get out of the details.

Yesterday I went to the home to see the condition, there was no car on the driveway… I opened the main door to peep inside…looks like they still have lot of their stuff inside and I can smell bad odor; I just closed the door and returned back.
