Also I would make sure you're comparing apples to apples as amenities like pools, gyms, security and such significantly vary between buildings and markets.Hope this helps.

I've found that the most stressful items on the list are also usually the ones with the highest priority, so it's kind of like killing two birds with one stone - check off a thing that is causing the stress and checking off a item on my list just feels good.If things are really crazy, I'll eventually just drop everything and go to the gym where they have a heavy bag set up.

Some places have dog walks, gyms, etc....Now for the real logic behind what I'm saying.Jack rented a low priced place, and it has problems, that is why the rent is so low.If that applies to you, you may find that to get something better you have to pay a little more (OR MAYBE NOT).Here's a link that may help you out: https://www.apartments.com/whittier-ca/?

We like the typical 20s/30s things like gyms, restaurants, bars, etc)-Parking: 3/4 (we won't need to commute as we work remote, but will want to leave the city every few weeks to visit family in PA/VA)-Appreciation: 2 (I would like to see some increase in equity, but this isn't a buy/hold for max turn around - we intend to be living there for 3-5 years and then would like to keep it and rent out for cash flow.)
