I would like to bring in more external investors in the future to fuel growth and form strong partnerships. 

The investor in me has to be wiser about the decision and not worry about sentiment, look to reinvest in something else that will perform better for my family's future. 

The data is undeniable that there’s so much existing and future need for more capacity.

I'm getting to a point where I might want to pursue a lender for future investments but am trying to understand how these lenders choose people to work with.These types of lenders are called "Hard Money" because they are not betting on the borrower. 

There are other communities that would have better opportunities to cash flow.Although there is no guarantee of future income on any STR, I believe that 2025/2026 we will see a good increase in travel, mainly due to EPIC opening and the overall attitude of 'the people' coming off of the election.

I currently have a 5 unit 3 of the 5 units recently completely renovated and demo is almost complete on the other 2), a duplex, and a single family home (our house, future investment home though).  

Based off the information you provided, it sounds like there's no issue from your end.In the future, you may want to include something in the lease agreement that outlines objects that may be stored on premise.
