Right now if your flipping model is humming long, generating 30% returns for investors, you have happy and plentiful investors, odds are you have a system if you’re selling a home every two weeks.

As the title describes, I am in search of an investor-friendly RE agent in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area.

I think I’d try to get 2 or 3 grand for the drama. 0% chance an inexperienced person with limited funds is walking away from 10k.

So I'm looking for some advice, settle in this is a long one.I was lucky to pick up two house in Grand Rapids a few years ago before prices shot through the roofHouse 1 has a 43k note and could be sold for 120K (I've lived in it more than two years with in a 5 year period so I can get out of the capital gains tax) leaving 77K in equality, but the house is currently nets $700 a month in rent.House 2 is right next door, has a 53k Note on it and could sell for 110k, leaving me with 45k after capital gains tax.

I just got a bunch of bids for a small roof leak and found American Classic and Grand Rapids Roofers to be the most competitive.

In the grand scheme of things, I don't think that ultimately matters and I wouldn't let it impact anything you may be doing.

It’s been awhile since I first joined the BiggerPockets community with grand real estate investing ambitions.

This means that you can probably ask for a couple grand off the price but most likely they won’t accept this (varies by provider).

Mainly looking in Grand Prairie area and Arlington.
