Took a risk on the pool being a major cost but I did a lot of the prep work so it was only costing 4k for a 22 gallon pool.

I chose flooring materials at $2.80 per sq ft (although the kitchen and bathroom tiles would be closer to $1.50 per sq ft i stayed with the hardwood flooring calculations) paint was at $36/ gallon totaling $250 for the entire interior and an additonal $2000 for random materials. 

A single running toilet can use thousands of gallons in a month and rack up $200 or more in increased water use.

I called and asked them why and the girl was honest with me and said they just don’t want to deal with the hassle of splitting bills.What I do is I take a picture of my sub-meter every month and calculate the gallons used when I get my bill from DWP.

That being said, a 1000 gallon tank is typically approved for 3 bedrooms. 1250 gallon for 5 bedrooms.

Hello:   I am a first time landlord and running into a issue with tenant refused to pay propane gas that came with the sale of the house.I bought the house and it comes with 2 100 gallon propane gas for heating. the Propane gas company wouldn't provide me receipt for those two tanks full of gas since i did not purchase from them directly.( the seller paid for it).

It is about $600  here to pump 2 1000 gallon tanks if you do it every year. 

To fill a 500 square foot room with 3 feet of water (which is waist deep) would be over 11,000 gallons.

(weird you aren’t being billed monthly) times 200 gallons would be 18,000 gallons, about the same as a swimming pool.
