Can be a great way to get started if you have absolutely no funds.Columbus has the best metrics for mid-term rentals but the properties there do come at a premium compared to Dayton and even Cincinnati.

:D Don't have any as of yet, but reviewing currently what others are doing then will select some on my own.Social media is a big one, don't understand it as of yet, all I know it is a free powerful medium, facebook has either surpassed or equaling the traffic numbers google has making it a formidable enemy to google in terms of advertising dollars...google is nervous of facebook.Note:Social media is a must for me, so it will be one of my favorites, it's just I don't understand how it works just yet !

Also I have helped many investors buy these type of condos for mid-term (3-6 months rentals) and I have never seen rent double just because it’s a 6 months rental.
