Hi,Is there any Loans available in NY state for FOREIGN NATIONALS ?

Our markets are running on foreign investments by Bernanke's own admission in the last congressional oversight committee.

That's outdated in my opinion and it can be quite expensive to have a Delaware entity and then being forced to file as a foreign entity in your home state.

Once the Chi-coms and other foreign governments wake up and understand that their US Government IOUs are worthless and they REALLY start to buy stuff in the US, inflation is going to SKYROCKET.

Lets not forget that a good amount of the money spent on that TV is not coming to the US, but going to the foreign countries that put it together.

That will make it attractive for foreigners to buy our goods and to vacation here.

Does anyone know a lender that can finance a foreign investor that is willing to put down 30% on investment property.

Also, if you are a foreign investor (out of state OR country) there is FIRPTA, and here in Hawaii, HIRPTA as well which must be withheld from sale proceeds by the BUYER.

Two Senators have proposed a bill where foreigners can buy a Visa if they buy $500k worth of real estate.One significant detail to this proposal is that the individual can break up the $500k.

I live in Utah so this is foreign to me.
