The courtyard has a lawn area and sidewalks, between the sidewalks and each apartment were neglected flower beds. 

Fill it with dirt and make a huge flower pot or landscaping design out of it

First off the front of house looks clean,, but a couple of flower pots on each side of door way would make a nice image..2nd photo back of house.. is the roof or flashing raise on area between the 2 levels.. should be fixed.3rd the kitchen photo with the range hood looks terrible.. it's worn out..4th I'd buy some white appliances and install them at least then you can say New Appliances in ad. and get a new range hood..5th Bedroom with a ON the floor box spring..

Areas to avoid would be near Cottonwood, near Baker, and Flower.  

West Hartford has some nice big white flower boxes that they use, I think I'll steal that ideas and use those out front.

When I'm in a bigger, nicer, place I'll say it was the spark of motivation.There are not many avenues to condo help so my advice it don't speak up, don't plant flowers, and don't sink to their harassment. 

@Brandie Flowers-warren Your mother can sell her interest to the property but she cannot remove you from the property nor from title.

In fact there are properties right around it that are used for both, a flower shop, a tattoo shop, an accounting office, an insurance office all in the same type of properties right next door. 

Grapevine, Keller, Argyle, and Flower Mound all have great school districts.

But another thing I noticed about one of the 5 star Airbnbs where we stayed was that they had a knock down gorgeous fresh flower arrangement that it took me two days to even notice!
