I am fascinated by the idea of purchasing small multi-families (due to their cash flow potential) and just keep building up a portfolio from their with more and more multi-families. 

The future of higher education and office work is indeed fascinating...I started to work at home like everyone else in March and thinking about how to inform my boss that I have no plan to go back to the office even when this all mess is over...just with the money saved on the commute and eating out makes me feel I got a raise.

I have already chosen my strategy/niche for real estate, but am fascinated my every type of real estate investing.
