You got to figure you are competing with hertz, enterprise types too.

Working for the world's largest technology research firm I have a distinct advantage of hearing the real use cases that exist in the market and many of the enterprise level applications are not currently run on actual blockchain technology.

A 400 unit residential complex is essentially a multi-million dollar business - if you have experience running an enterprise of that size, then you will simply/only need to become familiar with a new business sector.  

I’ll be using is a group out of OKC called Real Property Management Enterprises.  

So far, so good but not without the usual trials and tribulations that come with starting a new enterprise.

I happen to enjoy my current career in enterprise tech sales and wouldn't want to do anything that would jeopardize it.

I know that there are like 30,000 something real estate agents in Dallas, most of whom probably work full time.Currently, my primary career is in enterprise tech sales (which I am also very passionate about), and I'm not willing to consider switching careers at the moment....Also if anyone in DFW would be interested in coffee, I'm always looking to meet some like minded real estate professionals!  

Or did you buy (basic, pro, enterprise)?  

A variance cannot be passed on with title to a new buyer, but they may obtain the variance prior to closing to  continue a business enterprise. 

Use some generic name like <your-name> Enterprises, <your-name> Associates, or similar.
