I don't think today's ruling does anything to eliminate properties being listed on MLS. 

This can help eliminate some of the administrative costs associated with filing multiple returns in states that don't allow for a series LLC.

The fact that with a Texas series LLC you can file ONE tax return for every sub LLC in the series combined, and operate out of ONE bank account, eliminates almost all of the “hassle” of utilizing a series LLC vs one regular LLC into which you place many properties.  

If you’re done acquiring more property you could pay extra on the smallest balance to eliminate loans or the highest rates to save the most money. 

It's those maniacs that buy homes cash via quit claim deed off of craigslist that really get screwed.Make sure your property manager is a licensed real estate brokerage.Google Clayton Morris and/or Morris Invest for a cautionary tale of what not to do when buying turnkey real estateUnderstand you can not eliminate all risk, only mitigate it.

I have been told to use Baselane so that they can ACH transfer for free, and that baselane also gives me 4.5% APR for my money saved there (i.e. security deposits, etc.)However, I don't like Baselane's withdrawal limits, and also how long it would take for baselane to transfer money to my primary checking accounts, at JP Morgan.

I was approved finally and payment was sent ach 2/29/24...when should i be expecting the payment?
