I've never purchased an investment property but want to begin my investing journey in 2025.

I started my Real Estate Investment Journey in 2016, have flipped four homes since then, and own one rental. 

Others have little/no experience and will give you bad advice that takes you down the wrong path.I recommend you focus on educating yourself while saving more money.
