This Spring the inspection scheduler "Beverly" retired and the whole program moved to a 3rd party contractor out of California who now handles scheduling (with the expected miscommunication and inability to make quick decisions resulting).I have been a supporter of LMHA and the Section 8 housing choice voucher program here in Toledo, Lucas County, Maumee, Perrysburg, and surrounding areas but the program really is now costing far more than we get out of it.

Rates are high now, but if they go down, more buyers will enter the market and drive prices back up.

I’ve seen some investors focus on surrounding areas or neighborhoods with more value-add potential, as they can offer better cash flow options.Curious to know if you’re also considering multi-family properties in the area?

They did a 'drive by' appraisal, but I think that means they looked at comps in the area.

@Nichole Kinard there really aren't any mandatory requirements for campsites, although it seems like having some basics helps to drive traffic.  

For your next several deals stay within a 2, 3 hour drive.

In my head i picture a some empty room with a printer on the floor and stacks of paper everywhere, having to drive to the post office and handing them a list where they hand type every address one by one. 

I am striving to purchase rental/lease properties within a 1 hour drive.

But not the one I drive .
