I ended up having G-Mac Construction (great company)  dig the outside of the basement wall down to the footing, I pushed the wall back out as far as I could using the I-beams, I cleaned the wall, I had a rubber coating sprayed on the the wall (a company recommended by G-Mac), I put in drain tile and G-Mac back-filled with sand then dirt.

I could manage to get 50K but that would drain me a lot and any mistakes or bad luck would put me in hard spot to recover. 

No sewer/drain line was checked, however.

They could also have a problem and bail on you after draining all of the value they can out of it.

Empty units will drain you fast.  

Well he sent me the bill and receipts and also stated that the bathroom faucet broke and drain line need to be replaced and billed me a extra $100 for parts and labor to repair that which we NEVER discussed or if there was even an issue.

With that drain on their income, they probably won't be able to save enough to buy even if they want to.

It would drain my bank account quickly but it can be done.

Basements around here usually have problems which are costly to remedy.Now, I was watching a video of replacement of a drain pipe under a slab house.

It's been doorknobs, toilet seats, door frame, we even had a plumber out to snake his bath tub because he said it was draining slow.
