I decided to sell because the neighborhood was starting to go down hill, large expenses were coming up in the near future, and I wanted to pay off my personal residence.  

That way there is an easy way to kick you out as the sole manager if things go downhill.

C.A is way overpriced and headed downhill.

The neighborhood we live in has gone downhill quickly & I am worried about having a vacant house next to me.

But, I have a background in Finance and if I'm comfortable with the risk being taken with these investments, why not work with these low rates and depressed prices early in my career and get the proverbial "snowball" rolling down hill ASAP?

@Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner need to get control over things.Otherwise, this is “peak” Biggerpockets and its all downhill from here. 

I have no idea on population stats or jobs or whatever, but I can't really see it totally going downhill just based on geography. 

The main thing to know about plumbing is that water flows down hill. 

It is also located 2 minutes from a beautiful golf course, 5 minutes from 2 lakes where you can kayak/fish, and 10 minutes from Killington Resort where there is also a golf course and downhill mountain biking.

Through moderate growth in manufacturing into the mix, and it's not going down hill.
