I don't hate the player.

It's pretty chaotic for the novice, but everyone is super friendly and happy to help new players learn the ropes. 

However, it tends to be a very unprofessional market with many players that talk but do not act.What are you guys focusing on?

When I first got started, I went driving through the neighborhoods I wanted to sell in and figured out what brokerages were most dominant in those areas.  

Third, many note players are far larger than you - buying large pools of them. 

When I started seeing buyers for AH4R and other hedge funds show up at trustee sales, along with the Asian buyers who didn't seem to be hedge fund related but would suck the oxygen out of the building with their dominance... man, I saw it was time for a change.
