Imminent domain can be used for economic development of the area, so you want to play hard ball, you can end up sucking wind.

I was hoping to get some recommendation for where can I obtain a free or cost efficient business domain and or email address, business phone/ efax number.

Bank tapes have never gotten out into the public domain here, except real rubbish,  they are all sold through the old boys network.

@Rick Baggenstoss  Will do -- we lost both parents in the last 5 years, and we're selling the house on the domain. 

I came up with what I thought was a great business name and just bought the domain name for it.

Might search here "issues with CFD", we also have concerns of executing deeds in escrow, taking a deed in lieu of foreclosure, circumventing foreclosure laws, buyers not being in title to conduct repairs with contractors, being unable to obtain building permits, insurance loss coverage and claims being paid, owners in title encumbering title, issues arising from equities to be paid under any event of government placing liens or events of eminent domain.  

When I develop names for a new company, I start with an internet domain registration site to check if the .com version(s) my potential names are available.

You can throw up a free website just to see if it works for you, and if it does, you can switch to paid and transfer your domain to it.

I used squarespace and it is like 80 bucks with a free domain registration for one year.
