Have the tenant disconnect the hoses - the washer should have a screen on the male adapters.

Keep in mind that we have not actually been in the house yet, but just from the photos I can see that a bathtub has been ripped out of the second floor and there is essentially just disconnected plumbing, wooden i-beams, and a hole going to the first floor.  

It does give a lot of disconnected numbers, but I can't remember the last time I had no good phone numbers, for a person.

As they say, "Ideas are cheap, execution is everything" and I'm having a disconnect going from knowing to actually doing.

You can't just run off, slam your bedroom door and hide from the challenges.We've gotten so far away from our ancestral roots and disconnected ourselves from what makes us human.

There is enough positive reasons to buy (image, people telling them it is the best thing to do, tax incentives, space, control of costs etc) that I think unless there is a massive disconnect between rents and values (like in Vancouver BC) then people will move to be owners anyways. 

Just to use the microwave they had to disconnect all other appliances including the fridge.
