Cash to close and reserves is often the limiting factor, by contrast, for multi-unit and investment properties.

Also, the property manager frequently must go knock on the door just to collect the rent.In contrast, credit based tenants are dependent on credit cards, bank accounts, car loans, etc. and know such poor tenant behavior will have short and long term consequences.

I would hope our board discussions simply add contrast and perspective to the topic matter of note investing that can benefit anyone willing to consider the topic.

I always like to add shutters with a nice contrasting color, but it doesn't look like you'd be able to do that here.  

(You can just use some stripper if you have the time)  I would also suggest adding some contrasting hardware if you can, maybe something that matches the range you have there.Again, just my opinion.Cheers,Josh

There is no contrast here.

Just make sure the colors contrast together solid and shouldn't be a big deal. 

In contrast, low end asset classes with sky high ROIs can see the entire investment recouped in 3-4 years.
