Failing that, if each unit has it's own electrical panel, then you can sub-meter one, or both, of the panels.If the units have co-mingled electrical and share a common panel - or worse, circuits - there is no satisfactory way to bill back the electrical consumption.

We all benefit, just some more than others (economic benefit) and I'd say it's balanced to our abilities, consumption and financial position.I have no respect for anyone who is so cold hearted that they spit on someone receiving aid due to them having MS as the Teapartier did at a demonstration last year or so, I kinda wish I'd have been there to make an on the spot correction!

Where most people, I suspect, get into trouble is that they do not bankroll the wads for a rainy day, and instead use the returns to either create an empire with too many risky properties, or use it to fuel a consumption lifestyle that isn't warranted with a decent amount of debt to service.
