I am taking the Real Estate Clinic at UCLA this next year, and I will be attending a crowd-funding real estate event this week, but I want to know what else is out there.

.- Cleveland Clinic, with its $3 billion endowment and its top-in-the-world facilities, is in Cleveland (surprise!)

The property is located near the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, University Circle, Case Western University, museums, etc. 

Hi Richard, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

Ive built homes, renovated and rehabbed, lifht commercial, mission work in Ghana, Togo, India, and Haiti building clinics, schools, and churches.

You can probably find some other retail to take it (walkin clinic, restaurant, etc).  

I'm also thinking of "BP clinics" where a certain subject like choosing a contractor, analyzing a property, different types and ways to market, etc...can be delved into in detail.  

I am thinking healthcare/medical like clinic, inpatient/outpatient, MedNow to takeover property in a NNN deal so I am get out of daily operations. 

., Glenwood is problematic as a Morphine Clinic as well as drug traffickers both occupy it.
