I invest right across the border in Windsor, Ontario, which has tons of opportunity as well (plus the dollar goes further).

For example, a women was just pistol whipped in the Fab Forties in broad daylight this past week.It is pocketed from a value standpoint though; feeling out the area is very important, especially in today's market as the gentrification border are constantly changing.Going against the cash buyers is a problem though.

One thing to keep in mind is that St louis is right on the border w/ Illinois so equipment could have easily been purchased or stolen there too.

Look beyond borders and maybe you can find where that flight training will take you.

this is Evansville In we are talking about so its Ohio river valley KY border.

One edge of one of my properties borders a private street and it is a bit of a pain.

Actually the property is in Bristol, WI, just over the border.

I have no direct knowledge but I have heard on many occasions of agents who are double/triple licensed in border states (NY, NJ, PA).  

Are you talking border zones, or bread and butter neighborhoods..
