He’s cleans the common areas of the park like picks up litter, mowes the grass, etc. he lets me know if there are any violations.

We have an automated system using some coding applications (self made) to generate leads from various sites, coupled with help from some VA's.Once the data / lead list is created on a spreadsheet/google sheets, we pull into Freshsales as our CRM.

I'd probably determine that on a case by case basis.For cats, as long as they are litter boxed trained, I don't really care about their age. 

And it stands to reason, people who do this will stand out, because it's more work, harder to automate--in short, most people won't do it.Don't "they" say you have to be willing to do what others aren't?

You need to do an accurate loan application with a lender and have them run it through Fannie Mae's automated underwriting system (called DU).

I've contacted a couple of companies but haven't received any responses other than the automated responses.
