.- Check up frequently on the property and conduct walk throughs as allowed by your lease agreement.- Hire a solid property manager who gets paid to keep tabs on the property for you. 

A 401k loan is not cheap capital, even though it is frequently and highly recommended quite loosely here on BP.

My 2 favorite stores, Lowe's and Home Depot frequently have 3-4% cash back promos so it starts to add up pretty quick.

We frequently inherit section 8 tenants with the purchase of a new property. 

It's not cheap, but we do this frequently. 

I don't think too many donors would be excited to start donating to a non profit if they find out the target audience is still paying FMV rent, and the person running the organization is collecting FMV management fees in his own pocket. 

I would also consider what is your target audience, is it bachelorette parties, wedding guests, wine tour guests, casino goers, etc?

I happen to know someone on the operating team more personally, so would hear more detailed updates if I reached out, and felt that these details would be appreciated by investors if they shared them more frequently.

I’m thinking I need a landing page, ideas and content for the landing page, platforms to advertise on in order to reach my target audience, etc.
